Being a sysadmin is easy if you have the right tools and knowledge.
Knowledge comes with time and dedication.
Tools comes across when you need them but it's always better to have them in your bag ready for action.
Hiren Boot CD is one of the best tools as it's a "All in One".
I have used it to recover dead systems, forgotten passwords and similar, although not always succesful because of the SCSI / Array Controller drivers could not be found or detected but anyway it's better to have it than never tried it.
